The Rendex platform runs entirely on your firm's own infrastructure. Your documents, search queries, and AI-generated output never leave your network. Rendex does not collect, access, transmit, or store any of your firm's data. This Privacy Policy applies to our marketing website and business communications only.

- Contact information: Name, email address, phone number, firm name, and job title when you fill out a contact form, request a demo, or sign up for the pilot program.

- Billing information: Payment details processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

This section addresses the Rendex software platform deployed on your infrastructure, which is governed separately from this website privacy policy:
- The Rendex platform runs 100% on your firm's own hardware.
- Your documents, search queries, and AI-generated output are processed and stored locally on your systems.
- Rendex does not receive, access, collect, or transmit any of your firm's data.
- No client data is used to train, improve, or modify AI models.
- No telemetry, usage analytics, or diagnostic data is sent from the platform to Rendex or any third party.
- If the platform is uninstalled, all local data remains on your systems under your control.
Because Rendex never processes your firm's data, using the platform does not constitute disclosure to a third party. Attorney-client privilege and work product protections are maintained.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact and business information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain our business relationship, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time (see Section 7).
